NEW ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM

Creating four rotating themes that change eacgh week with complimentary shows and installations so guests who party every week will only see the same entertainment once a month.

 

We constructed a budget from ground up, assembled the creative team, project managed the entire project from first meeting through to the final show launch.

 

Wil Sabin Entertainment was responsible for the overview of all creative. casting the talent, selecting and directing an engineer for all the audio, working on choreography, designing the set and overseeing the set/prop design.

 

Creating original photo and video content for the video screens – assembling a director, camera crew, Director of photography, photographer, make up team, hair team, talent, film studios, props, creating run sheets and booking catering.

 

We contracted Fernando Barraza Creative as creative consultant for the project and to oversee the entire wardrobe department, after giving his team a brief of each show and performance they created original sketches for every look and created over 130 bespoke costumes, they also styled the video and photo shoot and were very creatively involved in the entire process.

 

Morph Visuals worked on all the original video screen content, for every week of entertainment we created original 5 minute videos to compliment the shows, VJ content, 15 minute loop videos and specialty act videos.

 

Matthew Gode was creative assistant and choreographed a selection of large production shows and installations for the program.

 

Wil Sabin directed the lighting design along with Tim Stewart, this was plotted all specifically for the shows, specialty acts and installations.

 

We also contracted Fellan Robinson and her team for high fashion hair and make up on the talent every week. We created mood boards for every week and she came up with face charts for every look.

 

We wanted the entire experience to be interactive with interchangeable sets and stages, large choreographed shows integrated into DJ’s sets, elaborate bespoke costumes, high fashion hair and make up. Media walls with talent to have photos with guests for social media. Promo talent doing bottle service for the VIP booths with light flare champagne bottles. Live installations, video content, aerial and specialty acts.

Wil Sabin Entertainment was contracted by The Kartarzyna Group to create a new entertainment program for Family Nightclub.  

 

The brief was to create an exciting atmosphere for club goers bringing the thrilling energy and performance art from Las Vegas, New York, London and Ibiza straight to Brisbane. Drawing inspiration from the latest fashion, music, cirque productions and photography to create thought provoking entertainment.

 

The aim was to make Saturday nights at Family the Cirque Du Soleil of nightclubbing. Creating interactive experiences giving audiences a visual overload utilising dance, specialty acts, video content, set design, costume and of course music.
