MGM GRAND CASINO MACAU
NEW YEARS EVE ENTERTAINMENT
We were contracted to create the entertainment for the New Years Eve Celebrations for the MGM Grand Casino in Macau.
We were asked to create 4 production shows to compliment the night, with one huge show leading up to the countdown.
There was a Michael Jackson tribute show which had some of his biggest hits including “Remember the time” and “Don’t Stop till you get enough” . We had multiple styles of dance in the shows including tap which was a huge crowd favorite. The main show in the lead up to the countdown featured some of the biggest hits of the year – including “Single Ladies”
mixed with the fun Donna Summer hit “Bad Girls”. “Vogue” by Madonna mixed with Black Eyed Peas and hits from the biggest diva of all time “ Whitney Houston”
We were responsible for budgeting from ground up, auditioning talent, choreographing and rehearsing the shows, costume design and execution, drafting contracts, booking flights and accommodation for the talent and worked in plotting the lights.
We worked with the Squared Division on the audio production, creating seamless audio soundtracks with multiple songs, recording backing vocals and creating original backing tracks and recording backing vocals.
We booked Australian singer/songwriter “Prinnie Stevens” for this event, one of Australia’s leading female vocalists. Who wowd the audience with her huge vocals and stellar dance moves!
The crowd was 10,000 strong and the entire event was a huge success!
