BAD BOYS AUSTRALIA

INTERNATIONAL TOUR

Paulini is one of the finest vocalists to come out of Australia. With double platinum albums and singles under her belt, Aria number 1 chart awards and a huge career performing globally we were thrilled to act as the creative director and put together a mini concert for her performance at The White Party at Fluffy in Brisbane.

We created a Grecian fantasy theme to compliment the event.

We were responsible for designing the lights and worked with lighting designer Tim Stewart to plot the lights for this stellar 15 minute production. This also included c02 cannons and large confetti pyrotechnics.

We worked closely with Eric Mailhe on all of the video screen content for the state of the art LCD 15 meter screens. Every song had a different mood with lighting and full visual graphics – utilizing original content combined with footage from Paulini’s music videos.

We designed the staging to create a 3dimensonal performance space.

We cast and rehearsed Queensland talent for the performance.

Fernando Barraza Creative and Hayley Burton were brought on to look after all of the dancers costumes – the brief was to utilize gold, silver and white, we created mood boards for them to work from and the results were stunning.

Paulini and the team wanted something special with a sexy reveal  so Ziolkowski created a bespoke costume starting with a beautiful long chiffon dress that came off and turned into a fierce mini dress.

We acted a musical director for this alongside Paulini’s management team. We used record producer Edward Said to engineer and create the shows audio. We wanted to showcase her powerhouse 5 octave voice so we started with one of her well known ballads the Whitney Houston  “I will always love you” followed by a mash-up version of her Young Diva hit “ This time I know its for real” with Calvin Harris hit “ How Deep is your love”, we incorporated her lead single from her last album “ Air it all out” , Adelle’s “Hello” and Clean Bandit” No Place I’d Rather Be”. As a show stopping finale we finished with “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce which brought the house down.

Paulini worked for weeks on choreography which was complimented by some of the best commercial dancers in the country. It was choreographed by WSE Director Wil Sabin and award winning choreographer Matthew Gode.

The show was a huge success and Paulini’s management, label and the venue all had an incredible response to the production.
