Our team worked with Alfie and his management on a set list appropriate for the awards and worked with Edward Said from Kings Cross Music on all the audio to create a seamless 10 minute show. 

 

A casting was held in Sydney, with a huge turnout with dancers from every agency in Sydney, we booked four of the top working dancers in the country for this event.

 

Wil Sabin and Matthew Gode worked on choreographing a stellar show from top to finish taking the guests on an uplifting journey from start to finish!

 

We looked after all the styling for the acts and the dancers to ensure the black tie standard was carried through to the stage.

 

For the lighting design we wanted to create a different mood for every song , using C02 cannons to really amplify the big moments in the show , we worked alongside David Thomas from Crystal Productions on this fabulous lighting plot.

 

We created make up references for Jen Harris who we brought on to do make up for the girls and she executed these looks perfectly giving them that million dollar look!

 

The event was a huge success and we received a fabulous letter from our Client Steve Lowe the managing director of Precedent Productions which we had to share  –

The grand ballroom at The Westin Sydney, with over 1,000 guests, were enthralled  by the amazing choreography of singers and dancers.
