ALFIE ARCURI

LIVE BRISBANE SHOW

Alfie Arcuri rose to fame as the 2016 winner of the hit TV series "The Voice". The loveable architect turned powerhouse vocalist won the hearts of Australia overnight.

Since winning the show signed to Universal music as one of their major acts having recently had success with an ARIA top 5 album "Zenith".

We were thrilled to act as his creative director and put together a mini concert for his first club appearance at Fluffy in Brisbane, Australia.

We incorporated into the show hits he had performed on the show, original music from Alfie's album and upcoming fresh material from his forthcoming EP.

We were responsible for designing the lights and worked with Tim Stewart to plot the lights for this stellar 13 minute production. This also included c02 cannons and large confetti pyrotechnics and Lasers.

We designed the staging to create a 3 dimensional performance space and incorperated scaffolding and worked closely with Eric Mailhe on all of the video screen content for the state of the art LCD 15 meter screens. Every song had a different mood with lighting and full visual graphics.

All the dancers were cast and rehearsed in Queensland for the performance.

We styled Alfie in Australian brand "Standard" and dressed his dancers in a mix of ready to wear and bespoke costumes. We worked alongside Fernando Barraza Creative and Hayley Burton on the creation of these costumes. We created mood boards for them to work from and the results were stunning.

We acted a musical director for this alongside Alfie’s management team. We used record producer Edward Said to engineer and create the shows audio.

Alfie had several rehearsals  on movement and direction - choreography which was complimented by some of the best commercial dancers in the country. It was choreographed by WSE Director Wil Sabin and award winning choreographer Matthew Gode.

The show was a huge success and Alfie's management, record label and the venue all had an incredible response to the production.
